Return conditions 🔄

Time limits: Returns must be notified within 14 days of receipt.
Condition of the item: The item must be undamaged, unused, unwashed and in its original undamaged packaging.

Some items are subject to strict hygiene standards and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances, even if they have not been worn. This information is specified on the relevant product page; we therefore encourage you to consult it carefully before making any purchase.

How do I make a return or request a refund?
If your item meets the above conditions, please send an email to Amira@Biancachaves.com specifying:
1️⃣ If you would like an exchange or a refund.
2️⃣ The reason for your return (choose one option):

• Too small

• Too big

• Not as described

• Item too expensive

Return shipping costs:

• For exchanges, shipping costs are free.

• For a refund, please note that:

  • The free shipping offered at the time of purchase will be deducted.

  • Return shipping costs will also be deducted from the refunded amount.

Parcel not collected from collection point 📦
In the event of non-collection — even involuntary — and in accordance with the provisions of Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, we will unfortunately not be able to proceed with a refund once the package is returned to us.

Delivery 🚚
All orders are automatically shipped to the nearest pickup point to the address provided during checkout. This ensures fast, convenient, and secure delivery.
